  • Refunds: Available only within 14 days of purchase. No refunds after this period due to the digital nature of our services.

We strive to keep the platform running smoothly but may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or upgrades.

4. Ownership & Content

  • You own the content you create on your site.
  • We reserve the right to use your site as part of our portfolio or marketing.
  • Users must ensure their content complies with laws and avoids copyright infringement.

5. Prohibited Use

  • The platform cannot be used for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages, including service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your account.

7. Privacy

8. Termination & Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
